OfferFlow starts with job-seeking experiences and connects a notes feed, interview experiences from around the world and a multidisciplinary knowledge base. Interview questions can reference shared knowledge nodes, while topic collections reuse existing content. AI-assisted explanation, retrieval and revision review help turn personal experience into knowledge people can keep building together.
Share experience and build knowledge together
Starting with job-search experience, OfferFlow connects a notes community, interview experiences, and a shared knowledge base. Users can share interview reflections and learning notes, find questions by role, and organize knowledge by subject, turning preparation into an evolving resource.
Maintain one knowledge point instead of many copies
Interview answers can reference a single knowledge node while keeping explanations specific to the question. Topic documents combine existing knowledge and questions, reducing repeated copies across roles, exams, and subjects and making revisions easier to keep consistent.
AI helps organize; collaboration keeps a record
The implementation includes AI question explanations, preparation based on interview experiences, knowledge deduplication, and suggestions for categories and relationships. Revisions retain version and review history, while version checks handle concurrent edits so collaborative changes are recorded and conflicts can be addressed.
Engineering: full-text and semantic search
A Flutter frontend connects to Spring Boot services. PostgreSQL full-text search and pgvector vector search support finding knowledge and questions. Canonical knowledge and questions share a common search unit, while asynchronous review uses leases, versions, and idempotent tasks to handle recovery and competing operations.

The public homepage provides access to the notes community and product entry points. Features such as the shared knowledge base and interview experiences require sign-in, with permissions defined by the current product. Community experiences and AI explanations are preparation and learning references, not official company answers or a guarantee of employment.
